⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my van’s CVRT completed today at the Rathcoole Commercial Centre and couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. The test was carried out efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process was quick, straightforward, and hassle-free. It’s great to deal with a team that values both professionalism and customer care. I would highly recommend Rathcoole Commercial Centre to anyone needing a CVRT or commercial vehicle testing. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again to the team for the excellent service! 🚐👍

Very nice facility that is well maintained. Good location near the entrance to the industrial estate makes it easy to find. There does appear to be two entrances which is slightly confusing. The people working there are all very pleasant and professional. The front desk area is huge and almost intimidating. It kind of felt like being in an airport check in desk. The enormous artifically generated image behind reception is strange and Lynchian. The waiting area is spacious and bright, but limited seating available. It wasn't so busy during my visit so all patrons were accommodated with a chair to rest in. The vending machine is stocked and in good working order (contactless payment available). Announcements made over the loud speaker were clear and not overtly loud or shrill. Booking was very easy and the service was expedient. Well done to all involved 👏

Excellent customer service. I was a little early for my appointment but that was no problem. Staff were very attentive as they had a problem with my vehicle but the mechanic sorted it. I will be back. Recommended.
