Honda Civic 1985

I've had this car as a rolling project over the last 4 years having brought it in from the UK in 2022. This is the example car I would hold up to show Honda's reputation for build quality, reliability and endless fun. You can't drive this car and not smile! The fuel economy is phenomenal as on regular round trips from Dublin to Wexford (200kms) it uses roughly 1/3 of the tank. Compare that to my daily 1.4 Jazz which will use well over half a tank on the same trip. Baby came along this year and I can't find the time to keep the project going and, without anywhere dry to store it in the meantime, so the best thing to do is move it on to someone who can finish it off. Good Points: New Radiator New fan switch New thermostat Replaced Engine (new timing belt, water pump, fuel lines, alternator belt) Replaced Gearbox (rebushed shift linkage) New Clutch New front shock absorbers New outer CV joints Brakes recently overhauled with new hoses pipes (pads, drums, cylinders about 2 years old) New exhaust backbox Some bushes replaced with Energy suspension poly bushes (rest of the full kit there just haven't around to it) New Tie Rod Ends Replaced instrument cluster with tachometer New old stock 3 spoke steering wheel Bad Points: Needs welding to - Sills - Rear Wheels Arches - Drivers Foot well - Door Frames €2000 ono
