Bought an audi A4 2016 a year ago and notice that the key is glued so I basically can't change the battery which I needed to . Went to the dealer to have my battery replaced which they did but they glued back the key again and (owner)  told me to go back if I need to change the battery again so they can do it for me.Now that I need a battery change , they refuse to open the shell and change the battery .Now I literally need to spend 700+ euro for a new key from audi . They are not keeping their words! Never again , guess next year my money better go to a better dealer lol.
