I couldn't tell you how much of a decent little garage this is I have had my car in for wet belt wheel bearing and new tyre and had no problems his prices are also affordable compared to big chains for example my recent quote from national tyres for front left wheel bearing and back tyre £563 rang tim within 5 minutes had me a price of £240 with 20% VAT i would recommend this garage there reliable have good communication and also friendly

I called Tim after overfilling my car with oil, he saw me straight away and sorted out my car plus a new tyre within 90 minutes. Both Tim and his colleague were brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone. T B AUTOS are now my go to garage for MOT and any issues that my car may experience.

I came across Tim by accident as he drove passed in his mobile service van but sometimes life throws you the lucky card. In terms of a auto repair business - you can trust and rely on Tim - which is everything any car owner wants. He communicates the work clearly, the pricing is very competitive, the work is done well and on time. Its good to be able to use and support honest, reliable local businesses.

I would give Tim zero stars if I could !!! I contacted Tim as he advertises himself as a mobile mechanic and my car wouldn’t start. After he found out it could be potentially a big repair as my timing belt tensioner snapped he suggested to tow the car to his garage which is less than 2 miles away from my home and agreed to help me talk to my warranty company. I haven’t heard from him for a week after he towed my car and was really worried so I called him up and he told me the car needs a new engine which cost about £1500 plus VAT and there are no engines in stock!! I was gobsmacked as he didn’t even diagnosed the car and after speaking to my warranty company I found out he first needs to strip the engine to find the fault and he informed me that will cost £350 plus VAT. I became very anxious as we went from new engine to stripping the engine for £350. In the meantime my warranty company rejected the claim and since I can’t afford the repair I asked to tow the car back and was shocked to find out that Tim is charging me £160 for towing my car from his garage which is 1.9 miles away, especially that he never mentioned how expensive it is to tow a car !!! He is also now threatening me to charge storage fees if I don’t pick up the car till end of the week!!!!

Update: Contacted recovery company which Tim used to tow my car and they quoted me £55 to bring my car back which only proves how dishonest Tim is as he said the recovery costs £80 both ways (£160 in total). Tried to call Tim today and messaged him this morning to resolve all this but he is now avoiding me after sending me insulting text at 9.34 pm yesterday.
