Jeep delahaye vrl

A 1953 or 1954 French army jeep delahaye VLRD. 2.2 litre petrol aluminium engine with a 4 speed manual gearbox. It's a semi restored vehicle, engine is done and gearbox has new bearings etc. Rewired. Water pump and oil pump done and rebuilt. Dry sump engine. Two new batteries fitted. Carburetor was rebuilt and a fitted with a complete gasket set but not running at 100%. Distributor fitted. Tyres are 50 %. Body needs a bit of work but solid. Was used in Algeria by the French army. 24 volt system. Lights working and indicators work. Not registered in Ireland. Should be easy as only made from 1953 to 1955. Only 9000 jeep delahaye were made. Its a mid production model. Comes with soft top , shovel, tow rope and Gerrycan. The passenger seat cushion is very worn. French army manual are online. Comes with a book on the jeep delahaye VLRD. Different locks are disconnected as per french army . Only one in Ireland.
