Lea Francis One of only Two ever made!!

This is a 1930 Lea Francis P Type 12/40 Ulster fabric saloon 1496cc Meadows 4ED marine block engine with sports head, twin carburettors. One of only two P type saloons of this design. The car is in a very original condition and for a car of 94 years old is lovely to see. The car has been in a private collection for a number of years. The engine is running fantastic! After a few years of being in storage it received a full service, cleaned out the petrol tank and a new battery and is running like a watch. The car starts very easily and holds great on the road. With the twin carburettors it has that lovely sound of the engine while its running. The body is extremely original with some minor repairs (examine photos) to the fabric over the years while maintaining its originality. The bonnet and wings have no rust but as can be seen are in an “Oily Rag” condition where I felt it is in keeping with the overall condition of the car. The seats are all original, leather is soft but faded with time. Head cloth is perfect and the carpets have been replaced at a time.
