Mercedes-Benz 300 SL 1989

Originally ordered new in Cyprus, this 300 SL (VIN WDB1070412A094998) was imported to Ireland from the UK in 2022 and has since just covered 2,100 miles. As it is a post-1986 facelifted R107 model, it comes with a galvanised body, presented in the unusual but elegant colour combination of Smoke Silver metallic paint (207) with a Medium Red "Mittelrot" leather interior (277). This SL comes with an extensive service history including 2 completed Mercedes-Benz maintenance booklets from 1989 through to 2019 along with £22k in documented maintenance receipts from 1999 to 2019. Since its arrival in Ireland, additional maintenance includes replacement of the engine mounts, power steering hoses, steering idler arm bushing kit, track rod left, steering damper, rear brake pads, front and back dampers (Bilstein), front and rear prop shaft couplings, coolant thermostat, viscous fan clutch and the radiator. Though not a concours example, this SL is in very presentable condition with its fully functioning black soft and hard tops and 3 keys. Having just been serviced and with motor tax paid up to April 2026 and a valid NCT to May 2026, this SL is ready to be enjoyed by its new owner for this summer and many years to come.
