Mercedes G230E G Wagon

For sale is my lovely Mercedes G230E SWB. Presented in cream white with grey plaid interior it’s exactly the way you would want a classic G Wagon to look. The bodywork is in good condition, having been fully painted around 10 years ago, she has held up extremely well. Please bear in mind that this is a classic G Wagen. You will see some small bubbles on the body but it’s extremely presentable and completely structurally sound. Equipped with the bullet proof Mercedes 2.3 litre engine mated to a 4 speed automatic gearbox, the jeep drives just as you would expect. What she won’t do is win any races away from the lights, she will just plod along and cruise for those daily commutes or fun weekend drives. The only issue I have noticed on the car is it’s a little hard to start in the morning. Once she is started and left idle for a minute or so the car is absolutely perfect and will start on the button all day. The interior of the car is in excellent condition. It’s remarkable how good it is for a near 40 year old Jeep. All buttons work as they should and I upgraded the sound system system with a modern head unit. I have just serviced the car. Plugs, rotor, oil and filters, fuel pump, fuel filter etc. She is currently Nct’d and ready to rock. Sensibly priced by comparison to what’s on the market. A great bit of fun which turns heads wherever it goes.
