Mk2 Golf Gti 8v run out

Up for sale is this end of line run out mk2 golf gti 8v. Registered January 1992 and has had a respectable 4 previous owners and from the history has been serviced by same vw dealer in north of England up to 82k miles, now showing 142k miles. The car is finished in the sought after Oak Green which is really nice when the sun hits it. Being called the run out model they were finished with the rainbow interior the 16v rear lights and finished with the bbs RA 15 inch alloys. And had power steering and central locking as standard as well as the sun roof which is manual. With the car now 34 years old it has had the usual ware and tare that most cars suffer over the years. So has had paint at a time on various panels. There are a few areas on the roof where seagulls have tried cracking shells on I was told when it was at a garage for work and has cracked the paint. All bumpers and trim is the genuine factory items. Suspension has been changed yo FK coilovers and it drives nice on these. Head lights are clearitems and tge radio has been updated to a cd changer. With being a mk2 if you know these cars there is a list of things that they have suffered or will suffer over their life time. This one has had the head liner replaced as they say outer window runners renewed as well. Things that need looking at is the mfa and the passanger front window is not operating currently not expensive jobs just time consuming The car has had a recent service and 4 new tyres and new battery. This mk2 is finished in a desirable colour and more family friendly 5 door version. The car is not a show queen by any count and is priced as such and is ready to drive and carry on with upgrading and maintaining as with all mk2's they do like being tinkered with. Mot is valid until Feb '27 from memory it has both keys and V5 here in my name.
