Volkswagen Golf 1989

Here we have this mk2 golf which has been tastefully modified by UK Tuning Company TSR. This is not a fresh conversion with it being built back in 2010 and was GOLF+ featured Jan '11. Originally a mk2 small bumper 16v in helous blue, central locking, power steering, fully working clocks new head liner and sun roif seal. Has been bare shell painted in a porsche burnt orange which still looks really well but does have some age related marks. Engine bay has been properly plated and smoothed and all wired hidden within the chassis leg. Engine has been taken from an Audi A4 with the complete high pressure fuel injection system and using the originL ECU. The guys have had to fabricate the mounts and a exhaust for the car, full details in the mag. Throttle pedal also used and to limit the wheel spun a Quaife dif is used wirh the 16v box. Inside the car has blue recaro electric full interior complete interior, light wear on left had outer bolster. Car has had a single wiper conversion shaved boot lid opening on a popper, single head light grill, side trim delete and battery now in boot. Car running Billet 15" steel wheels 7 and 8's with recent Toyo Proxy tyres. G60 front brakes and 16v rears and car running circa 260 bhp. I have driven and have a few other mk2's and this one is a right hoot to drive with the torque and sheer pace it goes at.
