98 2.8 vr6 24v, 6 speed She is a 1.4 shell so 1.4 tax. Ground up rebuild in 2020/21 All welding done, replaced doors, bonnet, wings repaired etc etc and Resprayed including bay and door shuts. All underneath was Shultz at the time too. Suspension: ap coilovers, eibach front and rear arb. Polybushed rear axle. All brakes were replaced then too including all lines. Brakes are standard front and rear gti/vr6 Wheels on it at the moment are the oz allegritas. 17x8, with new but cheap tyres. Polished oz mitos are extra. Engine is a 2.8 24v vr6 with the 6speed 4 motion box converted to 2wd. Full 2.5” custom stainless, including dowmpipes. Slimline fan. Converted to run hydraulic clutch. Mk5 r32 oil pump as its slimmer and steel sump. Engine was rebuilt 2 years ago as I spun a bearing and everything was changed. Including a replacement head. Probably about 6000 miles since rebuild Interior: blue colour concept leathers dyed black and doorcards are there just not fitted as I wanted to change to electric windows. Anni gearknob. Black headliner and pillars. Now for the bad bits! Mot much! Few stone chips! As I drive it! Temp gauge does not work, I didn’t look too far into it. Clutch is heavy, it was replaced when the engine was rebuilt, and I’m thinking it’s because I’m using a mk3 master cylinder so my intention was to fit a mk4 one, just havnt gone looking into it yet as it doesn’t stop it from driving!
