The Peli 1780 Transport Case is a large, watertight, dust-proof, chemical resistant, corrosion proof and virtually unbreakable case offering total protection for your equipment. Like all Peli Protector™ Cases, the Peli 1780 has an open cell-core wall construction which helps to protect sensitive equipment from some of the harshest conditions on Earth. Additional standard features include a polymer O-ring embedded into a recess within the lid for a dust-proof and waterproof seal that provides ultimate peace of mind, whilst an automatic pressure equalisation valve blocks moisture from entering the case and prevents vacuum-lock so the case opens easily at any altitude. The super-tough ABS double-throw latches have been tested to a pulling force of 180kg, but open with a light pull when required. Peli have designed the 1780 Transport Case with security in mind, stainless-steel padlock protectors prevent unwanted hands from accessing your valuable equipment, especially in a military situation. The lid is completely detachable for easy access and practicality, whilst the fold-down handles make team moving hassle free. Four inline abrasion resistant wheels with stainless-steel ball bearings provide superior manoeuvrability whilst out and about.
