Sailboat Elizabethan 23

I have this beautiful cozy 23ft sailing yacht for sale. Jib Main Spinnaker Sink Toilet Furling headsail 4 berth Yanmar 1GM engine (needs new battery and service) New cabin headliner Deck recently painted and anti-slip applied No Osmosis After starting my own business I don’t have time to finish doing her up. Long Keel hull in great shape, no signs of Osmosis. Sails in ok condition, no rips although sun strip on jib could do with replacement . Hull is only half painted but have paint to finish the job.
