Sailing Boat Arietta 31, (Hallsberg Rassy Design)

Capetonian was built in 1978 by the Mylo boat yard in Sweeden, being an Olie Enderlein design she is built along the same lines as a Hallberg Rassy Monsoon, 31ft long keel counter stern, she gets admiring comments everywhere she goes. Originally purchased by a South African Ex pat she was sailed extensively around the south of England, France and the Channel Islands, her build giving her very good sea keeping abilities, she will look after you when things turn… less than ideal. Four berth with a Large V in the bow and two in the main cabin, separate Heads with pump out toilet and WHB, separate locker and Galley area, Chart / Nav station. Taken out of the water about 14 years ago Capetonian was fortunate to fall into the hands of the previous owner who undertook an extensive 12-year refurbishment where it was kept ashore. Since then further updates and improvements were made by myself. There is an extensive history file to accompany the yacht. Massive amount of money and time spent over recent years (Circa 28K).
