Thick closed cell foam in a heavy duty nylon outer with velcro straps. Designed to fit most fixed roof racks. Can be used in conjunction with roof rack straps / tie downs. Ideal to protect your surfboard when attaching to roof bars. Length of each pad is approximately 42 cm / 16.5 inches.
