Claimed the product was geniune Mountfield, after waiting weeks for it to actually arrive, it was branded Trombetta, Mountfield dealer confirmed to me this is not geniune as I had to take it there as it was Imperial and not Metric so I couldnt even get a spanner that would work with it, not could Mountfield

Tried to call LSE 3 times, they never answered just rings out.   Poor products and a very very poor service, I wouldnt use again
