BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer 218d Luxury Gran Tourer

I booked my BMW in for a recall and service at Frank Keane BMW Naas Road and the service was excellent. A replacement part had to be ordered which took couple of days, I was offered a courtesy car as a gesture, great customer care. Repairs were done to a fantastic standard. All staff I’ve had dealing with were really friendly. James from the service team looked after us and he was very helpful and professional from start to finish.

Car serviced this morning at Frank Keane BMW Motors, Naas Road, Dublin. Checked my car in online yesterday evening, which made everything very smooth on arrival. Chelsea was very helpful and kept me updated. I waited around for the car, as it was only a small service. If you need to wait anywhere for your car, the waiting area is comfortable with tea and coffee to hand. In addition, there is a great collection of vintage BMWs and a Ferrari to view.

Simply the worst experience I have ever had in trying to buy a car. Zero personality or customer service at the front desk. Advertising cars with full service history and the car only had a part history from an independent garage. Making a deal on a car and then changing it back to full price over the course of a weekend. Appalling stuff from a main dealer, it wasn’t until I escalated it to senior management I got any transparency or compassion and even at that it was €950 off Take it or leave it. A full main dealer service history is worth a lot more than €950 when reselling a car I might add. Avoid in my opinion and save yourself the hassle, an experience like buying a car should be a happy occasion to remember and make you want to return. Never again
