BMW 5 Series 530e M Sport Pro Saloon

While getting my recall done in NI, I got a courtesy car that was an iX1. Although I was able to charge it driving down to Cork while I was in Cork I couldn’t charge it because you had to be set up. BMW in Cork understood my tough situation and was able to charge it for me which was very nice of them giving that they didn’t have to help me giving the fact it wasn’t a BMW from their own dealer. This saved me a lot of time and a lot of potential towing expenses. Looking forward to servicing my 3 series here later this year. Thanks for the help 👏

A customer for 7 years since arriving from Australia, Jer has looked after me (and my bike!) with care and attention without fail. 2 parts to my review - purchase of my 251 X1 was made easy by Mark - did have a 3mth wait, but thanks Mark you were great. Now - service. Got car mid April & with less than 2500km it had to go back to Keary’s as there was a cruise control failure message. (I was informed that I was told then that diagnostics are €210, but I wouldn't have to pay - goes without saying!! Any way as massive fan of cruise control & drive on roads that gets the benefit of using it daily, I was anxious to get sorted. Got apt 4 wks later & got it sorted early June. All great till same error came up yesterday (3mths later), booked in for October but I’ve to pay diagnostics on a 5mth old car? How is that right? Disillusioned now.
