Great experience buying my first gs motorcycle. Looked after very well by Jeremiah and finance was a doddle with Caroline. I came down from Dublin on the train and rode the bike back, a day out in itself. I did have an issue with the battery and Jeremiah had me booked into BMW dublin the following day and I was sorted. My plan for my 60th (5 years away) it to buy the new gsa 1300 and would absolutely deal with them again. Thanks everyone!

A customer for 7 years since arriving from Australia, Jer has looked after me (and my bike!) with care and attention without fail. I brought my BMW 330e (2017) to Kearys BMW Little Island for a service during the winter. The experience was poor from the start – despite having my car for most of the day, they didn’t even begin the service until I arrived in the evening. I then had to wait around for 2 hours while they rushed to complete the job. A few months later, I opened the bonnet (for the first time since the service, just to top up the washer fluid) and discovered the engine cover was missing. I’m almost certain the mechanics forgot to refit it during the service – I hadn’t opened the bonnet myself in the meantime, and it’s highly unlikely someone would steal an engine cover. When I noticed the issue, I called Kearys BMW three separate times over the course of a month. Each time I was told they’d check with the workshop and call me back. No one ever did. It’s incredibly disappointing. When it comes to booking services and taking payment, they are very attentive and helpful. But when there’s a potential mistake on their side, they seem to lose interest entirely. This is not the level of service I expect from a BMW dealership, especially given the premium pricing.
