Customer service was exceptional. I booked a test drive in a Kia PV5 van and I received a video of the vehicle prior to arriving stating the specification. Eli came with me on the test drive and his knowledge of the vehicle was excellent and he couldn't have been nicer.

Paul Huyton and Sophie Kirwan made the buying experience as stress free as anyone could possibly expect. The test drive was great as was the deal I received, and any queries were answered promptly and clearly. All in all, it was an enjoyable, stress free buying experience. Hopefully, the after sales experience will be equally impressive.
