Customer service was exceptional. I booked a test drive in a Kia PV5 van and I received a video of the vehicle prior to arriving stating the specification. Eli came with me on the test drive and his knowledge of the vehicle was excellent and he couldn't have been nicer.

Paul Huyton and Sophie Kirwan made the buying experience as stress free as anyone could possibly expect. The test drive was great as was the deal I received, and any queries were answered promptly and clearly. All in all, it was an enjoyable, stress free buying experience. Hopefully, the after sales experience will be equally impressive.

Caoilainn made the process of buying a new EV3 a pleasure and answered all our queries expertly

I bought a car from Joe Duffy and also took the option for the "Smart" repair. The policy, as sold to me undertook to make good 15 small damages to the car for a 3 year period.
This was all well & good until I actually returned it for them to make the repairs. To my surprise they produced a new document, insisting that it was 15 repairs with 5 to be done each year. So you would have to return the car each year to actually get some use out of the policy. On top of that the car has to be checked in 6 weeks in advance and it takes 3 to 5 days for them to do the work.
I finally I collected my car after 4 days (they don't offer a replacement) the repairs we'd agreed that could be done, were not even done. So if you are getting a good deal on a car, that's fine but dont bother with any extras as they are being missold.

Absolutely dreadful customer service and sales team. I made an appointment to test drive a car , arrived and given a key of EV5 to drive but on return expected to get a valuation on my trade in and discuss an offer on a new car. Only one sales person , there seemed to be people getting trained. Waited an hour , no one came to me. Typical Joe Duffy unprofessional service
