Was here for a CVRT test on a van. Was really impressed with the way the lady on the reception desk went above and beyond to not only facilitate me when I arrived too early ( my mistake), but also the elderly gentleman who booked an NCT in error when his jeep was actually meant to have a DOE test. She went as far as to make sure he had a cup of tea and something to eat after being there for hours. That kind of compassion and kindness is rare these days. All I can say is well done. The world needs more people like this.

Great staff, amazing value and even better after customer service

After weeks of delays in another place and ultimately breaking down again, I decided to try Aherns. They investigated the issue the next working day and called me with a few options on how to rectify the matter.
The car was sorted the following day.
I found their quick turnaround of the job and communication excellent.

Used to get my 7 series serviced here but never again. Have never experienced the level of ignorant obnoxious arrogance anywhere that I experienced repeatedly with 1 person in particular in their BMW customer service department last summer.

Even when I tried to deal with others there on other maintenence or repair issues afterwards to avoid him because of his attitude I kept getting handed back to this person.

I'd rather the steering wheel come off in my hands or travel the 2hrs to Cork from Tralee to a main dealer than ever again return.

As an example: "Go ask John because he was dealing with it, not us". I.e., get lost and don't be annoying me over the thing we promised to phone you back on 3 times (while John no longer even worked in the BMW section as I was ordered off to find him in BYD and "ask him yourself").

My 530e brakes got spongy following brakes fluid change in aherns .went back to them they did diagnostic leak nothing found had to go that day ,went back again took whole day as they said bled multiple times and diagnostic tests couldn't found anything. In the end came up with the master cylinder change recommendation of which they still unsure would it fix problem

We had a great experience with Autoimage Car Sales. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and easy to deal with, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. David Pratt was especially helpful — friendly, informative, and patient throughout, answering all our questions clearly and making sure we felt comfortable with everything before moving ahead. It’s rare to come across someone so approachable and knowledgeable, and that really made the difference. We’d happily recommend Autoimage to anyone looking for a good car and excellent customer service.

David and his team were so lovely to deal with. I am so happy with my purchase. My insurance company let me down and David spent an hr on the phone trying to sort it. When all else failed he delivered my car to me to save me a trip. Outstanding customer service. 👏 I can whole heartedly recommend Autoimage. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Highly recommend Noel and team in Autoimage. Just purchased my new car and couldn't have been easier. Noel was really efficient and great to deal with. I've been a customer for years and would also recommend their after sales service too! The guys in service are great!

I had an outstanding experience with the Renault Autoimage garage in Carlow. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, answering all my questions thoroughly. The repair was done quickly, and they even provided me with a replacement van, which was a huge help. The quality of service and pricing were excellent. I highly recommend them—five stars!

Whether I’m buying a new vehicle or bringing one in for routine servicing, the team there ate fantastic to deal with. They are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and reliable—qualities that are hard to find these days. It is rare to find a business that maintains such a high standard of excellence for so long, but Deerpark Motors does it effortlessly. Highly recommended.

A perfect example of how a dealership should be run.
We bought both a new and used car from Fergus at Deerpark motors and we left feeling that we had been given a great deal that gave us exactly what we where looking for. The service side we used for normal yearly service, NCT pre checks and breakdown was handled fantastically by Brian (give that man a raise) and his team. Nothing was too much trouble and the pricing was really good. Deerpark Motors, 10/10 would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience dealing with Fergus to trade in our old car and buy a year old Dacia. Service was superb with the new car driven to meet us in Carrigaline by Cathal who then took the time to walk us through every aspect of our new car. Car arrived spotless, couldn't recommend more.

We had a van in with a major problem and it was resolved to our satisfaction by deerpark Motors. Customer support was but before cost and they were really good with information and discussing options. Wr also purchased our 7th van from them this month

Great customer service I have received from Michael R. This is my 3rd car from him and I can't recommend him more. Answered every single question and helped me a lot. I drove from Limerick just to deal with him - that means something 😃. 5 star service.

Super team! Know exactly what they are at. Was getting shafted by Renault Trucks Ballycoolin for electrical issues on a Master Mini Bus, wasted near €2k with them and nothing resolved. The technicians at Dennehys diagnosed the issue in two hours and got it sorted quckily from there. Great service! Cannot reccomend enough.

I can’t rate this company enough, 5 star is nothing near enough, as a new company they looked after me so well and went well above and beyond to ensure I got a new van as quickly as possible during a time it was very hard to get one. Patrick is the man I dealt with and all I can say is an easy man to deal with and he made the process so easy for me.

Dealt with Pat Guilfoyle in Dennehy motor and have to say it was a pleasure all questions were answered with accomplished know how and in depth knowledge of my Renault Astral my hope is to continue servicing my car with Dennehhy motors and hope that side of the outfit is half as good as the sales side

We had a great experience purchasing our Dacia Bigster from Dennehys. Thanks to Rory & Lúach for all their help. This is our 2nd time dealing with Dennehys and we would recommend for value and good customer service. Queries on new cars and trade in price dealt with very quickly by Rory & Lúach.

After some research I decided a Renault EV would be a good option to concider as a replacement for my 4 year old Opel EV which had been a very pleasant car to own but was looking for something bigger. I was very impressed with the Dennahy sales team as I had loads of detailed queries about the new Renaults and Garath was very knowledgeable and helpful. I opted for a Renault Scenic EV which I am very pleased about. I would definitely recommend Dennahy Motors and Renault EVs which are so nice to own and drive.

Initially bought 1 van from Dennehys , the service and ease of the sale from the 1st call to receiving the van was very smooth , we dealt with Adam and he really looked after us , so since that we’ve purchased an additional 4 more vans which was a considerable outlay for any purchaser , trade ins and price point was fair and we will definitely be back to trade back in ,,, dealt with Volkswagen previously and nowhere near as professional as dennehys … give them a shout they are great to deal with , thanks Adam

Service was great and Adam done a great job in buying my new van. No hassle and got my new van in 2 weeks
Thank you

Really excellent service from Adam. I just picked up my new van and he helped across the board from then initial enquiry to my van lined and locks fitted almost instantly. Will definitely use these Dennehy again. Delighted!

Exceptional service, very easy to deal with. Will definitely be purchasing from here again. I was dealing with Henk bekker, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating

Great service from Katie and the whole team at Dennehy Renault Pro+. They looked after our Renault Trafic and carried out a major repair including EGR and injector work. Communication was excellent throughout the process and Katie kept us updated while waiting for parts from Renault.
The van was properly tested and ready for collection as promised. It was even washed before pickup, which was a very nice touch. Professional service and very helpful staff. Thank you again to Katie and the whole team.

Had a great experience with Donagh when buying my car.Had to go back for a service recently, and was treated so well while waiting on my car.Great guys to deal with! 10/10

Seamless transaction. So friendly and really happy with the price. It was fair, based on my research of similar cars, and didn't require any negotiation in my honest opinion.
Thanks Darragh and team.

Just got yesterday my new Renault Trafic.
Was pleasure to deal with Damian Hickey.
Another sales manager has take example of him. Thanks.

Very bad service I arrived 15 minutes late. It was my first time, and I miscalculated the arrival time I understand they work with appointment, I don't mind to wait more but that actitud 👎. The customer service was terrible—arrogant and with a bad attitude. If you don't want to work, stay home. Last time.

Purchasing a new car can always be a very daunting task. After driving around 2 showrooms and finally arriving at Highland. I must say the customer service is exceptional. The 2 gentlemen John and Mark were extremely helpful with showing us the vehicle and all necessary documentation required. Very happy with my purchase ☺️. Keep it up Highland .

We recently purchased a new van from Highland Motors in Letterkenny and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Damien in particular was absolutely brilliant, his customer service was 10/10. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
