Menapia Motors Wexford are a really customer-oriented business. I've had 2 recent experiences with them - both with optimal results. My last visit was for a routine annual service - but compared to other garages I have used - there was nothing 'routine' about it. Firstly, you're offered a choice between morning or afternoon drop-off, rather than expecting all cars in for opening time & the mechanics working through cars at their pace. Check-in was fast & efficient. A courtesy mini-bus in to Wexford town was offered; a return pick up point indicated. For those remaining, a comfortable seating area is provided with real coffee on tap. Also I commend the transparency of inspection carried out: a short video with car on ramp & mechanic talking through check is sent to customer. All took a little over 2 hours, including a car wash . I'll be back!

I really want to leave zero stars. I have purchased my last 4 cars from here and even though I had to have my 3rd car replaced due to manufacturing faults with it I was generally happy with their service. However having always gone on a 37 month plan pcp I discovered they had calculated my new replacement car on a 49 month and I'm now in negative equity.  This however is not my main problem with them, my husband bought his car from them through HP and when we discovered one of his headlights was for a left hand drive car they refused to change it and accused my husband of replacing the headlight (which he did not do)therefore nothing to do with them. The service guy was rude & ignorant and the 'normally helpful' head of sales Paul was disgusting rude. Definitively lost a customer. Won't be returning  here again. Pack of cowboys 🤠

Tried on two occasions to order a part for a renault van and was told someone would call me back. No response. The service at this franchise is well below standard. Clearly there is much work to be done. If you are looking for a professional service best look elsewhere
