We recently went to view a caravan (Bailey Pursuit) and were greeted by Gareth who was more than helpful and was in no way the pushy salesman that you get in some places. This was a refreshing experience that put us at ease. After a short discussion we decided to purchase the caravan and left a deposit. When we returned to collect the caravan we again were greeted on our arrival by name which was a great touch. We were given a very comprehensive hand over of how to setup and how things worked. The whole experience was so relaxing especially as this was our first caravan and I would recommend Abbey Caravan & Leisure. We have now undertaken our first trip and are hooked. Hopefully see Gareth out and about too.

Just bought our first motorhome from these guys. Lovely people who were happy to take the time to explain and demonstrate everything. Had a good range of vans and some great prices. Helped us choose the right one for our family and then made sure we got the accessories we needed, also at a good price. Fantastic stock of parts and consumables in the shop and there's nothing Heather can't find. Called on Saturday morning with a leisure battery issue and spoke with Heather. Brought my camper down and Heather and Gareth were great. Short notice but they managed to sort a new leisure battery for me and fit it. Great customer service from Gareth who couldn’t have been more helpful!

I bought a Toyota Hilux from James there a few weeks ago & I couldn’t be happier with the jeep & customer service! They kitted it out with everything I wanted & any issues I had they sorted out immediately. I would 100% recommend Jalex 4x4 for any commercial vehicle.

I have been here a number of times and enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicles without any pressure to buy. I was also reassured when I saw a customer returning to have the pickup that they purchased from the 4x4 team a few years ago further customised- this is always a good sign! I purchased a pickup here recently and had it customised. Friendly relaxed staff that have always more than happy to help.

I bought a Ford Ranger from James in May this year. I could not ask for better customer service and customer experience. There was a small issue with the truck after I'd bought it and the team at Jalex went out of their way to help me. Fraser could not help me enough and really made me feel like a valuable customer. I have already recommended Jalex to others, and will continue to do so. Outstanding.

Was directed to these folks from the Bangor branch as I wanted to hire a wallpaper stripper. Turned up at 8am wanting to collect and they had it all ready to go. A wee bit of admin to go through as I’d never hired from them before but I was soon on my way back to Bangor and ready to strip wallpaper. Was even able to return it to the Bangor branch as they promised. Excellent service all round.

Just took delivery of a container from Balloo Hire.
The process of ordering the container was faultless and the driver went out of his way to locate the container exactly where I wanted it.

I have just had a concrete cutter out on hire from the Belfast branch. Not my first time to visit this branch, and as always, the service overall was excellent. The tool worked well, it was presented well and 'did the job'. The staff were excellent and, on this occasion, it was Guy Harrison who attended to me, both at the hire out and at the return. He was friendly, courteous and polite, and explained the workings of the cutter well. Thank you, Balloo, and thank you, Guy.

Hired a teleporter from belfast.
It arrived late on Thursday,  two front tyres with very little pressure in them and a bald back.
Took it off hire on the Monday... Still charged for a week and even though it was filled to the neck in diesel still charged extortionate rate for 4 litres.... even though over the phoned said they would take it off.
BTW don't reply to say you will bring it up with management... don't wanna know

Gs motorcycle now we’re do I start, first and foremost staff were very helpful as I came off a 2024 Yamaha tracer 9gt plus it was to big to get my leg over so I was looking something else to get on too , then I met this lovely lady Jackie who was 100 percent sound and guess what she. Picked the motorcycle for me even the colour right down to the tee so she ordered it for me the bike was ready for me on Saturday 20th of July 2025 ,call in to collect it I walked right by it and my wife told me that’s you bike there. Well I was absolutely blown away that this lady Jackie picked me this motorcycle just by looking at the pictures on her computer screen one thing I can say to everyone who reads this please put your trust in Jackie next time I change my motorcycle am going straight to Jackie for her wonderful advice and a job perfectly executed thank you so so very much Jackie see you in the near future

Recently bought a 6 year old bmw here. I thought the bike looked clean in the pictures but I was wrong. On delivery the bike was immaculate. Paperwork, history was exactly as decribed. Very helpful knowledgable staff. Everything was easy and no trouble I would highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a used 2016 triumph tiger 800 in September and the bike developed a knocking noise from the rear suspension. Quick phone call and the bike was booked in under warranty, brand new rear shock absorber fitted at zero cost and fault fixed. Great company to deal with in my experience. Would definitely recommend

From start to finish Kieron has been absolutely fantastic. I was a bit tentative about buying such an expensive car without viewing but from the introductory video, constant WhatsApp updates and covered delivery service, my mind was put completely at ease. I met Johnathan and Irwin today. I was dropping my son off at Queens and was struggling to find a charger for my EV, quite a few were unservicable and I was getting low. I called in to ask and these brilliant guys used their charger whilst got me a brew and then found a rapid charger for me nearby.
And I have a Ford! Decent, genuine guys. I haven't bought a car from them but their actions today certainly made me feel they would give a brilliant service. They were a credit to the firm.

I am providing this rating based on my own experience, which may differ from others.

I scheduled a test drive and received a call a couple of hours in advance asking to move the time from 11 to 12, which I appreciated and reworked my schedule around that.

I arrived at 12 and spoke with a staff member who told me that the person I was meeting was busy. I told them I could wait 10-15 minutes, and they seemed to indicate that that would be more than enough.

I waited for 30 minutes without any updates, and there didn't seem to be a receptionist available I could followup with.

I'm assuming the person I was meeting was very focused on their sale, but when you don't take the courtesy to step away from the desk for just 10 seconds to acknowledge waiting customers and manage their expectations (it's a workday, after all), it's hard to feel the same way in return. So, I left.

As of now, I have not received any follow-up, which leaves me feeling that the time spent there was wasted time.

Will never step foot in your dealership again, so unhappy with the service my son got regarding the finance for his car.
David went through everything with my son and I was there too. He owed money on his other car but he told us it was being put into the new price of the car, finance went through no problem, only to be told a day before getting the car he was to pay a £9000 deposit, which was never discussed once when we were there, utter disgrace!!! He obviously didn’t have £9000 to pay as a deposit so he can’t get his car now. Think they need a bit more training regarding telling customers everything. We even spoke to the finance manager who never mentioned it either, so angry with the service!!!

Wanted to leave a review to mention Ross, Jack and Clare who got my car in and fixed for me last week. They were all so lovely and great service from all!

After-sales service is poor. I called up to discuss a car provided new by Charles Hurst, and wanted some information on the car, which they said they could provide. It's taken me 3 phone calls and 1 email over the last 3 weeks and I've still not been provided the information.

On the phone they'll tell you what you want to hear, but don't actually follow up, which is rather poor and frustrating given they're a main dealer!
