I have been to the showroom 3 times now while looking for a new car, it's our first EV so we wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision before ordering. We have met Michael, Irwin and Victoria when we have been at the showroom, we have done a test drive on the seal and the Sealion 7, the staff were very friendly, Informative and nothing seemed too much trouble.we have now ordered through a salary sacrifice leasing scheme, we did expect to be treated differently as we were not buying direct from the sales staff but we felt we still received the same level of customer service as someone who would be buying directly.

Rang last week to discuss a possible purchase and requested figures. Spoke with a female member of staff.

Over a week later, still no communication from them.

Have a test drive booked for Tuesday. Hopefully this experience goes better than the first.

Very poor experience.
I called in with the intention of buying a Seal U. As I walked through the door, two guys were sitting as desks and I asked about the SEAL U. They pointed me towards the cars on display but didn't attempt to get up. There were other staff in the showroom but no one approached me. I found the Seal U model myself. The car was quite dirty inside, which is surprising for a showroom model at the back of the display. I was in the showroom for a good 15 mins and no one showed any interest in helping me. There was only one other couple there, so it's not that they were all busy dealing with customers. Not a good first impression.

If you buy a car here ,they will probably offer you a ceramic coat ,don't use it! The company that does this is unprofessional. They "tried" to apply ceramic coating to my new car three times and unfortunately it was unsuccessful. After an official complaint,I received a refund.Customer service could also be better. I can only thank the sales manager Michael for the positive consideration of my complaint.

Came in this evening about 5pm very eager to find out more details about their range and could not be more disappointed by this dealership and levels of any of customer service, we entered looked around cars and not once in 25 minutes did a staff member greet us, come to assist us or even ask if we were already being seen to. I do not want to bring bias into this but after what happen cannot see a reason not as we (an ethnic couple but both born here) had zero assistance or recognition of our presence the entire time and yet during this time 3 Caucasian pairs came in and were attended to instantly whether it was being greeted or asked if they wanted assistance/speak to salesperson yet we stood there with no help, we could have approached staff but when buying a car the dealership should be making the first move and trying to get the business, we thought these cars were brilliant with good deals but after this experience, we will not be giving them our business, counter this to being in Kia and we were greeted walking in the door and within the minute asked did we need assistance and told how long the wait would be
