Absolutely incredible service - bought my car last December - Orla & Damien made the process so easy! Any questions I had they were at the other end of the phone! I called in on Wednesday to book my car in for a service, thinking of days for next week, when I walked in I met Damien, and told him I was in to book a service; he asked if I had an hour to spare, I said I did and he said that’s fine we’ll service your car for you now! Super effective and efficient! Shane at the service desk was also super helpful - couldn’t recommend them highly enough! They make it so easy to support local when you get a service like that

My car required a complicated gearbox repair, and the whole team handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. From the very beginning, I was kept informed throughout the process, and I always felt that my car was in the best hands.

I bought my new Mercedes last week. Jack was the person who dealt with us and sold us the car. From the outset he was exceptional to deal with. I have never dealt with this company before (bought a car or got a car serviced off them), but I had to bring my car to a Peugeot dealership to fix a part. From start to finish ( before, during and after) the service was great. The women I dealt with were kind, courteous and helpful and made me feel at ease. The mechanics were quicker than expected and even power washed my car. It is probably the best customer experience I've ever had with a car dealership.

It was how buying a car should be. The customer service from Boland was second to none. Especially Cillian Murphy who was how I think customer service should be. It felt as though you were in safe and honest hands dealing with Cillian and Bolands. My husband has recently bought a Volvo from them also. At any point they are contactable and helpful. Appointment can be made. There is no invisibility in hiding behind desks or secretaries. They know there clients and actually help sort there request or problems out. I bought a second-hand Toyota Avensis from Donohoe Skoda and had a great experience dealing with Austin. He handled the sale with total professionalism.

While the car eventually developed an engine light issue, the team’s perseverance is commendable. They worked on the dashboard error multiple times until it was completely resolved, and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle whenever needed.

Two years later, the car is still running perfectly without a single problem. I’m giving them 5 stars because even though issues arose, they stood by their word and made sure everything was fixed properly. Huge thanks to Austin for the excellent service!

I was thinking over the last few days as to whether to leave this review or not. I never give feedback, iv never given negative feedback.
I have purchased Skoda since 2017.
I saw a car online. I called and was dealing with Mark, before I knew it I was agreeing to come and see the car, willing to travel a distance to see it with the hope to buy it. It all happened very fast and by 3pm on the day I was approved for finance and agreeing to come the next day to see it. I was asked to put a holding deposit on the car, 1000 euro, I was 100% guaranteed that I would get the money back if I did not wish to proceed. It was madness been asked to do this as I was going to travel the next morning to see it for the first time.
Overnight reviews on the car, it wasn't a skoda, put me off. I actually felt id prefer to stay with Skoda. We called the garage straight away that morning to explain we wouldn't be down, I was to ring back with my card details for the refund. I called again at about 11 and was told to forward my bank details. At 5.30pm that evening, at close of business, I received an email stating that they were going to keep 351 euro of the deposit as they had proceeded with putting a ceramic coating to the car. The same car wasn't even a year old. This was the first mention of such a coating.
I had to call the next morning again and it took 3 calls for the finance department to call me back. I asked for a manager but was told he was away, I asked for the person in charge, he wasn't at one stage available to talk. This was all before 10am. Finance then returned my deposit in full when they called me.
The stress and anxiety caused by this was unmeasurable. It's questionable how a car could get a ceramic coating between 3pm and opening hours the very next day.
I feel people need to be warned that this course of action could be threatened towards a potential customer too. The lack of customer service received needs to be highlighted.

I would strongly advise not to use this garage.my car has broken down 4 times in 11 months and after being told just last november it was completly repaired with 5 thousand euros of parts and labour it has again broken down with multiple issues.
They are refusing to even acknowledge the issues and say it needs an oil change and an air filter and they want 500 euro before they will even diagnose the other faults!again I say it was supposedly completly repaired a matter of weeks ago!
I refused this diagnostic report as false and am going to court on the matter.
They have now emailed me saying that they will be charging 25 euro PER NIGHT the car is there!!
So please be advised these people are not to be trusted.
Minus 5 stars if I could!see you in court!

As always a great service, prompt, no delays, full handover with full details explained on the new car. Declan (the Dub) is always obliging with the set up explained in easy terms with the new technology of how things worked on the car & also test drive prior to leaving the garage to make sure that I was comfortable with the car.

Not a great experience unfortunately. John is probably the worst sales person i have met. He started off by telling me how bad the car was. I appreciate his honesty but I have no idea how he ever gets a sale. He didn’t really know what he was talking about or how to go about showing a car to someone. He first didn't even show me the car i was enquiring about. He showed me a different car and I had to ask to see the car i was enquiring about.
Anyhow, I couldn't recommend the place and I will buy my new car elsewhere.
