I had a great experience buying my car today from Jake at Annesley Williams. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. He took the time to answer all my questions and understand what i wanted exactly, and without any pressure he made the whole process smooth and straightforward.
Jake was honest and transparent throughout, which made me feel confident in my purchase. The car was presented in excellent condition, exactly as described and how i wanted the car to be.
I’d highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for a hassle free and trustworthy car buying experience. More than delighted with the service and the car appreciate it jake it was a pleasure!

I bought my new Mercedes last week. Jack was the person who dealt with us and sold us the car. From the outset he was exceptional to deal with. He provided all information we required and he anticipated our needs and likes. He spent lots of time demonstrating all the unique features of the car. I would be very happy to deal with Jack again when we need to change the car.

We recently purchased a 2023 Škoda Kodiaq from Annesley Williams, and we couldn't be happier with both the car and the service we received.

A special thank you to Sean, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. From our first visit, he really listened to what we wanted and took the time to understand our needs. With two young children, we were looking for a larger, practical family car, and Sean guided us towards the right choice without ever making us feel under pressure.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the best car for our family. He answered all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Excellent customer service is hard to come by, and Sean truly went above and beyond. We love our Kodiaq, and thanks to the great experience we had, we'll definitely be returning to Sean for any future car purchases. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Thanks again, Sean!

We recently bought a new Skoda Kodiaq car from Annesley Williams Ltd in Swords. I am from Mayo and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. As I couldn't view the car myself Shean sent detailed videos and answered everything thoroughly. Shean was fantastic throughout the process, he was always easy to contact, and never failed to return my calls. To top it off, the car was delivered straight to my home address at no extra cost. The price was very competitive, and the service was second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A genuine great experience. Thanks Shean.

We collected our brand new Octavia from Annesley Williams last Friday. From the first phone call to the dealership , to the day I collected the car, the whole process, I can only describe was seamless. Pat O'Neil was the salesman that we dealt with and could not have met a nicer gent who went above and beyond and answered every email, every phone call and not once did I ever have to wait on a call from him. The day we collected the car Pat explained everything from to start to finish with all the technology and made the whole process stress free. All the staff members were all very courteous and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Annesley Williams. The professionalism was second to none and will return in the future.

I had an excellent experience buying my car from Pilsen’s Škoda, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Daniela was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her customer service is second to none, and she genuinely cares about her customers.

Without a doubt, Daniela is one of the best car salespeople I have ever dealt with. If you’re thinking of buying a Škoda, I would highly recommend asking for Daniela. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience!

We recently bought our new Škoda Octavia from Pilsen Škoda, and the whole experience was genuinely excellent.

Our salesperson, Daniela, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've bought a few cars over the years and, if I'm honest, I've often found the buying process can feel a bit pressured, with the usual sales tactics around urgency or scarcity. It was really refreshing that we never got that feeling here. Daniela was warm, friendly and genuine from day one, and we always felt she was giving us honest information rather than trying to make a sale.

We were given a very fair price for our trade-in, kept fully informed about stock availability and delivery dates, and communication throughout was brilliant. Even when we had lots of questions, Daniela was always quick to come back to us and couldn't have been more helpful.

Buying a new car is a big decision, so dealing with people you trust makes all the difference. We'd happily buy from Pilsen Škoda again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to Daniela and the whole team!

Although I am giving a 5* rating, this garage needs to improve it's oversight of trainee mechanics. I have been using this garage for 10 year's, with my sister and dad followed me, we've purchased 7 cars from them to date. The 7th only being collected this week from one of the best sales people I've ever met in Pilsen. Daniela was fantastic from the outset, my dad was due to change due to the end of his PCP. We met Daniela for the first time, and from day 1 she kept us informed of delivery time lines, ending up with my dad getting the exact car he wanted within the budget he had set for himself. I can't recommend Daniela than I already have, she has a smile on her face all the time, ignores her phone when we met with her approx. 4 times prior to collecting the car. Pilsen is lucky to have sales people who are grounded and actually want to sell a car the person wants, not just to shift cars for commission. I hope Pilsen will retain her and look at her customer service skills to apply it across the board.

As I said at the start, me & my family used Pilsen for 10 years. The one thing they need to fix is the oversight of the maintenance being carried out on their own brand vehicles. These mechanics are supposed to be the VW/Skoda experts when it comes to regular maintenance and repairing something that has broken.

I could give a recent, bad experience I've had with them following my service. It almost made me consider ordering the 8th vehicle from spirit Skoda.

But let's not ruin the mood. I will be ordering my new EV in the coming weeks with Daniela because I know if Service was to cause me an issue, she would have it resolved.

Thanks Daniela, keep up the awesome work.

I bought a new octavia from pilson Auto in July.I delt with Darren Martin,he went through the whole process, answering all my questions. I got a fantastic trade in ,shopped around ,well above all the other garages. I couldn't recommend Darren and Pilsen Auto enough fantastic.

This is the second car we've bought from Pilsen (9 years apart) and the experience on both occasions was exemplary. Friendly, knowledgeable, and not-at-all pushy, staff who helped us with any questions we had. Not to mention - we love our new car!

Just bought my 3rd car from MSL. They are a great company to deal with, very fair on their trade-in prices and the salesman was very knowledgeable and patient. They have a great selection of new and second hand cars. Very happy to recommend them if you're looking for a car.

The experience I had dealing with Skoda Park Motors was exceptional from start to finish. Processes were handled smoothly and professionally by Wolfgang, this gentleman knows how to do his job and he does it well. It is the most seamless car buying transaction I have ever had and I will seriously consider revisiting when its time to change my car again.

Thoroughly recommend. Graham was a pleasure to deal with, great communication throughout the whole process, it was seamless. The car was absolutely spotless, exactly as described, we're delighted with it. Will be the first port of call when changing car again.

Ordered an Collected my New Skoda Enyaq from the guys in MSL Park Motors. Looked after my every need. A pleasure to deal with and then on collection they told me they could do the car a little cheaper for me also. Add in the lovely gifts of chocolates wine and car care products. Even after the initial Collection the guys have been excellent. Can’t rate them Highly enough. Thanks Wolfgang and all at Skoda Park motors.

Spirit Skoda is the newest part of the well known Spirit Motor Group.

I recently bought a new 262 Skoda Octavia Automatic from Spirit Skoda Sandyford, and I couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service I received. Lee made the whole experience enjoyable, stress free, and professional. He took the time to answer any of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was ready for collection of the new car. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I genuinely feel like a valued customer.
I’m absolutely delighted with my new Octavia and would highly recommend both Lee and the team at Spirit Skoda Sandyford to anyone looking for a new car. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thanks all

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my new car. Lee is an absolute gentleman and so professional from the minute you walk through the door. He makes you feel genuinely important as a customer, without ever being pushy or trying to sell you something you don’t want.

I got my dream Car and Lee was brilliant from start to finish and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

Would highly recommend Lee and Spirit Motor Group. Thanks again Lee!

Had the wonderful experience of having Lee help me choose my new car. Lee educated me about all I needed to know, to help me make an informed decision, given the last car I had was from 2014. Great communication along the way during the build and a great handover experience. Looking forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Just a bought a new Skoda Enyaq 85 Sportline from Spirit motor group. The sales rep Simon Watson was fantastic, explained everything I asked him and was no trouble to him. I would highly recommend him for buying a new or used car. I went to my local Sheehy motors in Naas first and was met by an arrogant cocky sales man and swore I would not buy off them if my life depended on it.

Today I approached Skoda in Sandyford to discuss replacing my existing Skoda with a later model. Barry Tracey could not have been more helpful. He outlined my options and showed me the cars he had on offer. I have recently visited a number of other dealers seeking a replacement but none of them offered the same level of service . Barry showed real interest in my
needs and went out of his way to ensure that I understood all he was outlining. I was delighted when we agreed on a replacement which I will collect next week.
