Had a very positive experience dealing with the guys at Kia Airside whilst picking up a Kia EV6. Customer service is non existent here. I bought a car over 4 weeks ago and it came without a tow cover. I was assured the day picking up the car I'd have it the following week. But no. I have been calling at least twice a week and been told they will call me back but they never do. Avoid this dealer.
