Kia Xceed 1.6 GDI Plug-in Hybrid

Had a very positive experience dealing with the guys at Kia Airside whilst picking up a Kia EV6. I dealt with Sonny and he had plenty of time for answering questions, test drives, and the financial side of things. Would recommend dropping into Joe Duffy Airside if you're thinking about purchasing a new Kia.

It's my second time with them, first time the car broke down (we didn't buy it from them) but they arranged for the car to be collected, fixed it faster then originally said and we got it back shining. The car was back in for a minor recall today, I just got the car back shining clean again and within a much quicker time line then thought. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, they have a lovely waiting, with tables and coffee so could work away while waiting. Brilliant service, thanks you

Really bad experience with this store. I bought a Kia EV9 two months ago. Day of collection I had zero instructions how the car works, charging instructions etc. I had to wait one week to get charging cable, more than one month the car mats that by the way are the wrong one and still don’t have the car spare keys. No support from kia customer service or store manager. If I can say this is the worse store in Dublin.
