There was absolutely no pressure at any stage, and she made me feel completely comfortable, safe and confident with my purchase What stood out most to me was how genuine she was. Leanne told us that if there were ever any issues, she would do whatever she could to help, and you could tell she genuinely meant it. From helping us with all the paperwork, keeping in contact, and even being there to help afterwards when I had an issue, she really went above and beyond for us The whole team at Al Hayes Motors were brilliant from start to finish. Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant.
