We recently purchased a new skoda elroq 85 from Ronan in ennis. This car i have to say is a super car. Unbelievable comfort it in. Very smooth on the road. Our first time buying electric and it has been amazing. We have drove it to Wales, Dublin twice and belfast and not a single issue. Charging is very easy on the road and it charges up very quickly. I have to say Ronan and the team in ennis have looked after us so well over the years and we have never had an issue. Always at the end of the phone when we needed services. A pleasure to deal with them.

Couldn’t recommend Al Hayes Motors enough. From beginning to end, the whole experience was genuinely 5 stars

A massive thank you especially to Leanne. From the minute we arrived, she was so friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with. There was absolutely no pressure at any stage, and she made me feel completely comfortable, safe and confident with my purchase

What stood out most to me was how genuine she was. Leanne told us that if there were ever any issues, she would do whatever she could to help, and you could tell she genuinely meant it. From helping us with all the paperwork, keeping in contact, and even being there to help afterwards when I had an issue, she really went above and beyond for us

The whole team at Al Hayes Motors were brilliant from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you want to know you’re making the right decision, but they made the entire process so straightforward and reassuring

I came away feeling like I’d bought a quality car from people I could genuinely trust and that I was in good hands even after driving away

Leanne, thank you again for everything you did for us. You were absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience what it wad

If any of my friends or family were looking for a car, I wouldn’t hesitate to send them to Al Hayes Motors

5 stars from beginning to end. Couldn’t recommend Leanne and the team enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant.

Very happy with both visits for servicing, very nice people to deal with, very accommodating and friendly. Will have no hesitation in returning in the future.

Bought a 2009 Passat in portumna branch a few months ago, seemed like a fairly straight car wasn’t expecting anything crazy considering the year but paid strong money as I knew they were a VW dealership once upon a time. I hadn’t even got as far as Borrisokane and the coolant light came on. They eventually sorted this and a couple of months later the rear subframe completely collapsed due to rust. Exhaust was welded multiple times and eventually split. Another coolant leak then appeared as well as the radio intermittently turning off and another problem with diesel and not starting. Never again
