Simply sent a few pics of my car and he came back with a good price.    All paperwork was organised very easily and car collected the next day

Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant.

Big thank you to all the staff at Al Hayes' in Portumna. Collected my new car this week. Al and Niall couldn't have been better to deal with. Made everything very straight forward and easy. Top class, and thanks again. Will be back.

Recently purchased a new car and the level of competency, efficiency and friendliness was exceptional. Would totally recommend dealing here. Sarah was so accommodating, helpful  and knowledgeable that we as new customers appreciated this so much.

Collected the car today, the car is ready for collection ''washed and polished' ! Stains and fingerprints all around, inside dust and dirt!
Looks like after first viewing nothing was done!
Rear car mats are gone! Car is "ready" for collection ;)
Expected way more attention for details and respect to the customers. Very disappointed.
