Seán is a gentleman to deal with. We were searching for a specific car and found it with Carroll and Roche. The car was presented in excellent condition, and we drove away the same day very, very happy with our purchase. The Prosecco and chocs went down well after the long drive home, a nice little touch of customer appreciation. We will definitely be recommending the team to all our family and friends. I bought a Fiesta ST from Carroll & Roche. The car was nicely prepped and in their showroom. All the staff are friendly and obviously true car people, which creates a good atmosphere. Some interesting machines in their showroom too to pour over. I dealt with Seán who was a gent throughout. A few bits of work were agreed upon and the deal was done. I collected the car and was delighted to find a bottle of champagne and prosecco on the passenger seat, a nice touch! The agreed upon work was completed and everything was great. A persistent minor engine might and one or 2 other small issues over the following weeks were all dealt with by Seán without issue, which is the important thing as most cars have issues as they age. I couldn't be happier overall with the car and the service received. Carroll & Roche, recommended all day long!
