Regular customer at Al Hayes, for servicing mostly. Stephanie at Service Reception is super friendly and efficient. No issues with any work done on the car. Would definitely recommend.

Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant.

Ok, I just rang Al hayes motors today to see if they could help me with a problem I have had for over 3 weeks with my id4 electric car. I rang every VW dealership in Dublin and then finally tried Al hayes in Galway. A lady called Leanne in less than 5 minutes sorted it all out for me.She was so friendly and courteous and patient.I was freaking out up to this point getting nowhere but only for Leanne I would have been left waiting.She is a credit to Al Hayes motors. Well done and thank you so much Leanne🙏👍
