We recently bought a car from here and had the pleasure of dealing with Ger from start to finish. Updated review after receiving reply and discussing with the dealership: The staff in there are helpful and kind. There was an instance where we didn’t see eye to eye, which isn’t always possible. There was an instance as well when the service charge, due to an expired plan, wasn’t mentioned apart from it being on a book in sheet that I didn’t read but rather just signed (that’s my mistake not their’s). Other than that, in majority it was all great. I would recommend the dealership and the team as they are lovely people; my not so good experience is perhaps due to car manufacturer choice.
