Had my car in a few months ago for a service and some overdue maintenance, and I'm only just getting around to leaving this feedback. As this was the nearest VW dealership to me, I decided to give them a try, and I'm really glad I did. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, with great communication and excellent customer service throughout. A special thanks to Rebekah for all her help and support in making everything so easy. The car was ready when promised, and everything was handled professionally. I'll definitely be returning in the future and would happily recommend them.
I took my car to Volkswagen Swords for an oil change. I was told the service would take one day, but it ended up taking two days before I got my car back. Before leaving the car, I also informed them that the front sensor warning light was on and asked them to check it. This is the second time I have taken my car there for the same issue, and once again, they didn't even look at it. When I finally collected the car, they told me the brakes needed to be replaced, but they didn't have the parts in stock, so they couldn't do the repair. What really disappointed me was that they warned me that if anything happened in the meantime, it would be my responsibility. They also said they would call me the following day to arrange the repair, but nobody ever called. The maintenance department lacks organization, communication, and accountability. It feels like the team needs better management and supervision to provide the level of customer service that customers expect. It's very disappointing because you expect a main Volkswagen dealership to provide solutions, not create more problems or leave customers without answers. Overall, I cannot recommend their service based on my experience.
I didn't had good experience with them.i was told the car will be ready after service in two days but they took five days. I dropped id4 for service and after two days when I rang them they were not answering .I rang next day and no response. I went on the fourth day there as to get update on my but I arrived 5.50pm and they were closed.they charged me 744 euro for service and battery replacement in roof which even I don't need and diagnostic charges of 190for infontain screen and they qouted 3000 euro so I turned down.when I was collecting car I asked for the report she said will send by email which she didn't.i went next day and wait there to take report. Monika took signature from me of I don't fix infontain screen I will be responsible which is very unprofessional way .I did signed though but said it should be a recall fix.I did explain that screen gets on sometimes but she said it will fade soon. I did factory restore setting and it's working now. Another point the girl at customer service is very rude .when I was calling she twice turned down the call after answering as I wanted to get update from service department
