Firstly I want to say how friendly and professional Susie is here in Western Motors- she is the reason I will be back. I booked my car in for service and honestly from start to finish it was the most relaxed and friendly and personal experience I have had leaving a car for service. I left my car up the night before and got chatting with Susie. She was so relaxed and friendly and only took a few minutes to finalise everything. I got a call to come back for my car the next morning, so efficient and quick, and again was dealing with Susie who had a warm welcome and again only a few minutes to finalise it all. My car was given back to me in immaculate condition, it was sparkling and it was sitting waiting for me to collect. Can’t recommend them enough and again thank you so much to all the team here that worked with my car and Susie - you will be the reason I come back. I wish you all the best in the new year.

Had my car in for service today. Less than 2 hours later I did received a link with a video and list of items that needed an attention. I believe it is a great tool how to inform a customer. WM Drogheda is providing the best customer service in very friendly and professional way. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Susan checked me in. She was lovely. Very fast and efficient. Got a detailed video of check on car which it passed with flying colours. Car was ready earlier than expected. Great service
