Firstly I want to say how friendly and professional Susie is here in Western Motors- she is the reason I will be back. I booked my car in for service and honestly from start to finish it was the most relaxed and friendly and personal experience I have had leaving a car for service. I left my car up the night before and got chatting with Susie. She was so relaxed and friendly and only took a few minutes to finalise everything. I got a call to come back for my car the next morning, so efficient and quick, and again was dealing with Susie who had a warm welcome and again only a few minutes to finalise it all. My car was given back to me in immaculate condition, it was sparkling and it was sitting waiting for me to collect. Just today left Caddy for a service ,and asked politely do not wash the van 3 times and add up adblue completely been ignored.
Got scratches over a bonnet and van wasnt properly washed from previous services.
Avoid washing van/car please check before you leave .
