I had a bumpy start to my experience due to a mistake in the original vehicle order, but I’m happy to say that Blackwater Motors handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. Once the issue was acknowledged, the team (shoutout to Mark Farson, general manager and Mark Purcell, the sales exec that handled the final handover) worked with me to find a fair resolution that worked for both sides. Communication was open and respectful, and I now have the correct car I originally ordered, which I’m thrilled with. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what sets a business apart is how they respond. In this case, Blackwater Motors stepped up and made things right. I appreciate the effort that went into resolving the matter and ensuring a positive outcome, and am happy to say my faith and goodwill in Blackwater Motors and the Volkswagen brand was ultimately restored, and I’m now a happy and confident customer. Hats off!

Had a fantastic experience at BWM recently, major credit due to a Mr Jack Taylor!!! Was looking to upgrade my car (2016 fiesta) to something more family friendly (and not from the Stone Age) so I test drove a VW T-Roc and informed Jack that I’d likely be back the following day to see it again and talk about prices so he went away of his own accord and shaved a bit off the price of the T-Roc and a Tiguan that I hadn’t even seen yet. Came back the following day and sure enough spotted a gorgeous Tiguan that checked all my boxes for a bargain of a price, sat on it for the weekend and when I went back the following Monday he had offered me the highest trade-in value for my fiesta that was available and got the price of the Tiguan down by another inch, and both myself and my partner noted that not once did I feel pressured or pushed by Jack towards actually making the purchase! Had the keys on the Friday morning and everyone who’s sat into it has been absolutely obsessed with it!! Every thanks to Jack on this one!!
