Volkswagen Passat Passat Estate 1.4 TSI Highline T

I bought a Fiesta ST from Carroll & Roche. The car was nicely prepped and in their showroom. All the staff are friendly and obviously true car people, which creates a good atmosphere. Some interesting machines in their showroom too to pour over. I dealt with Seán who was a gent throughout. A few bits of work were agreed upon and the deal was done. I collected the car and was delighted to find a bottle of champagne and prosecco on the passenger seat, a nice touch! The agreed upon work was completed and everything was great. A persistent minor engine might and one or 2 other small issues over the following weeks were all dealt with by Seán without issue, which is the important thing as most cars have issues as they age. I couldn't be happier overall with the car and the service received. Carroll & Roche, recommended all day long!

Highly recommended, I was looking for a Lexus is300h for sometime and had contacted other garages but never got any replies even though phone calls Were Promised to me. From my first phone call to Michael Carroll I knew I was in the right place, Michael was extremely professional and returned my calls, he also asked me to send on some photographs of my trade-in, Michael said they will have no problem in accepting my trade in. I also got to speak with Sean also who again was extremely professional and diligent. My Lexus was given to me with a warranty and a service. A bottle of champagne and chocolates were in the front seat.. (nice touch) Genuinely nice guys, who want to do business. Thanks Guy's.
