I took my car to Volkswagen Swords for an oil change. I was told the service would take one day, but it ended up taking two days before I got my car back. Before leaving the car, I also informed them that the front sensor warning light was on and asked them to check it. This is the second time I have taken my car there for the same issue, and once again, they didn't even look at it. When I finally collected the car, they told me the brakes needed to be replaced, but they didn't have the parts in stock, so they couldn't do the repair. What really disappointed me was that they warned me that if anything happened in the meantime, it would be my responsibility. They also said they would call me the following day to arrange the repair, but nobody ever called. The maintenance department lacks organization, communication, and accountability. It feels like the team needs better management and supervision to provide the level of customer service that customers expect. It's very disappointing because you expect a main Volkswagen dealership to provide solutions, not create more problems or leave customers without answers. Overall, I cannot recommend their service based on my experience.

I was supposed to go through warranty service after 30,000 km, but when I got the car back, I saw that they only changed the sticker at 60,000 km and nothing more. The warranty obligations state that they should change the coolant, filters, window wipers, charge the car battery and wash the car, but they indicated and wrote down the shortcomings that I did not ask them about. This is a bunch of junk, which I advise you not to contact under any circumstances.
