What fantastic service I received from Caimin at jd swords. I'd reviewed other dealers renault, mg and even though the id3 was slightly more expensive Caimin went through everything and convinced me it was the best choice. I'm delighted with my car and the service I received.

Avoid please folks. Left a 222 tiguan in for a service with thrm and they rang to say it needs the brake fluid replaced. Not sure if that's a service thing but I agreed to it at an additional cost. When I got the car back the car front wing was destroyed. The mechanic or apprentice spilled the brake fluid sll over the wing. I'm not exaggerating when I say I rang 4 tob5 times a day for the manager to be not available to speak to me. I was asked to send photos by email as I did and 20 million fone calls later still no reply from the service manager. Oil light was on saying oil level to high straight after the service. From that day to this no response from them. So avoid if you dont want the very very unprofessional service from them

Poor customer service experience. Have to say their aftercare is great when nothing is wrong. They were happy to take nearly 1300 for a mechantronics, on top of a diagnostics fee. Unit production stopped and was left in the lurch for 3 weeks (until I contacted them for an update), I was told i had to bring it back to the garage, told they could do nothing cause they cleared the error. So.i needed to reproduce the error and come back for another doagnostics. They were obsiouly too incompetent and didnt get all the required info too the replacement from VW first time around. Unit eventually came, fitted, went home and the second key had stopped working. Brought it back and was told its normally a 100 charge, even though it was working before they worked on the car. Aired my thoughts and unsurprising havent had a follow after care call. Heads buried in the sand when shit hits the fan.
