I bought my car there 2 months ago - fantastic service from the start - they were never anyway pushy which i found in other garages - they looked after me and helped me find the perfect car. Massive place. Went there to test drive an electric car. Had to wait a bit but given the time of the year and pandemic situation it is forgivable. At the time they had better finance deal going on of 1.9%. Staff were very approachable. The sales staff I dealt with showed me the car explained the main features and then offered me a test drive car. So overall my experience was pleasant.
