First time at Laharts as my local VW dealer switched to Toyota (Tom Murphy). From the booking to walking out to a well washed car (with a new 12V battery), my experience was very positive. The staff were friendly and efficient, the car was ready when stated. A ride to and from Kilkenny town was provided and so I spent a delightful morning in a beautiful setting whilst a professional team dealt with my vehicle. Staff took the time to diagnose a challenging issue, provided a detailed explanation and budget and took the time to test drive the repaired vehicle over a couple of days to confirm the issue was resolved.
