After months of trying to get appointments to resolve the recall-issue with a more local dealer without any success, it took 1 single call to the Conway Service Team to arrange appointments for both of our Kias to get the recall issue sorted.
Needles to say, that this will be the place where we will buy our next new Kia.

Super people to deal with, got my car serviced last week and Matin could not have done enough for me, the free coffee is nice also.

5/5 for customer care and support. Lovely new showrooms and some wonderful new KIA and Citroen cars on display. Drove the new Citroen ami and loved it. Plenty of second hand cars also in stock. Highly recommend.

Took my kia in to get a part replaced under warranty they did 2 recalls at the same time told me it would take 4hrs but they called me after 3hrs all done very happy

In my experience, KIA official dealers will drastically inflate the price of parts when they can actually be sourced much cheaper. However, Martin recognised the context of the repair and acknowledged that the KIA official part wouldn't be essential for the fix. He provided me with OPTIONS, and he was honest and fair. This is hugely important when dealing with costly repair work and I was extremely grateful for his help.
