Recently serviced my VW Polo. Had a great experience and clear communication. Slightly premium prices, however, worth it considering seamless experience and authorised and trained technicians. Kudos to Paul for timely updates and clear guidance on some minor issues I was facing with my car. Servicing at authorised service centre is 20-30% expensive but comes with peace of mind, at least for me 😎

Amazing Experience!

Duane was an absolute professional to deal with—extremely cooperative and true to his word. He agreed on a fantastic sale price with me, which even included getting the back windows tinted. Since it was a second-hand car, he ensured that it would be fully serviced, valeted, have the alloys refurbished, and all bodywork completed to a high standard.

As I was traveling from Kerry, he even filled the tank with diesel as a goodwill gesture, which was greatly appreciated. I had sold my car and was flying up to collect the new one on a Friday. Even though he wasn’t scheduled to work that day, he came in just to finalize the sale. He genuinely seems like a great guy!

I also met Shauna and Conor, who were both super helpful. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

A very positive experience. Magnificent showroom and unlike some other dealerships we visited, we were greeted immediately and offered tea/coffee. Salesman Shane McGann was excellent - a great personality who came across as interested but not pushy. He helped with all of our questions and we were delighted with our purchase. An important distinguishing feature is that Shane was just as interested in us AFTER our purchase as before. This is good business as it would certainly encourage us to buy here again - in fact it will always be our first port of call now.

Had my car serviced with Frank Keane Sandyford using my Volkswagen Service Plan. When I arrived to collect my car the staff member told me I actually didn't have a plan in place and would have to pay for for the service there and then. I showed my contract with Volkswagen and the email where I had included it when booking in the service and I was told that this contract had no number on it and so was not valid. It was 6pm and dark on a March evening and I was told I couldn't take my car until I made a payment. I was kept waiting for around 40 minutes and eventually I told the staff member that I would pay the bill if there was an issue the next day once I had contacted Volkswagen Finance. I have received an apology from Volkswagen Service Finance, there was an issue with their system, however I contacted Frank Keane's management detailing the treatment  I received twice by email and by phoning them directly, and they have not bothered following up.
As a business manager myself, I find it shocking to treat a customer like this. Not only did the staff member make me feel vulnerable by refusing to give me my car to get home that evening, but the fact that the management  has just ignored my emails and calls is even more surprising if not just bad business practice.
The Car was serviced and cleaned!
Update:
Appreciated a call back from the General Manager, took on board  my complaint and has promised to follow up with staff training and sincere apology sent flowers 🌷 which was a nice touch!
I’ve decided to give them another try with my service plan.
