I value the overall quality of your services. However, I need to address a concern regarding the unexpected three-month car tax, which caught me off guard (usually its common courtesy from companies dealer to deliver-car taxed for  minimum period) The necessity to cover this expense wasn’t communicated in the initial discussions, and it would be helpful to have such details upfront in the future.

Additionally, there was an incident where it was suggested that some tools were misplaced in my car during its drop-off. A subsequent call to return the item left me puzzled and disappointed as I wasn’t aware of any missing tools. Clear communication on such matters would be greatly appreciated in the future.
