imagine purchasing a car from these guys and giving them 19k euro and find they sell you a lemon and haven't a backbone to follow queries up.  I know full well that we signed a waiver excusing them from blame, however, DONT GET CAUGHT BY THEM, YOU.
We bought a hyundai ioniq 6 from them 2.5 weeks ago and after 500kms or less, most of which was driving from buncrana to Limerick, we had to be towed to a local hyundai dealer because the ICCU has to be replaced and 6 to 8 weeks car will be parked up.  I contacted auto fleet by phone, text and what's app and the response was nada nothing.   I  only wanted advice but you would swear they thought I was looking for a refund.
They are the most inhospitable people to deal with, haven't a clue about customer service or after care service and certainly haven't a clue about electric vehicles.  We had to point out missing charger cable even.  Please think twice about dealing with them unless you like dealing with bandits.
Totally ignorant of the personal circumstances that being without a vehicle for 2 months and don't give an absolute continental.
Advice to them, don't sell what you can't service and at least  develop empathy

Very poor service. I paid for a shed to be delivered and paid for freight from the supplier to Brian Scott and from Brian Scott to my location. I made it clear that I did not have lifting equipment to offload the shed, yet was told it needed lifting equipment when it arrived.
I spent weeks trying to get the company to refund me the extra cost I paid to hire lifting equipment but they refused.

Absolutely love my '95 mk3 Golf. Danny + Liam were brilliant to deal with and even fitted a new sound system as the original tape player was a bit dated for today's tech.

Been dealing with Carhill 40 years or more, maybe 20 cars or so,  through 3 generations of the Rafferty's and not once have they let me down. Had to call on them today to get my daughter sorted with a minor breakdown. Within 2 hours Liam had it sorted with no fuss. Thanks again Liam the AA couldn't have responded quicker.

Just bought a Jaguar F-pace off Liam and Danny and from the word go Liam was great to deal with and full of great advice. My husband & I hired a campervan from Causeway Campers in August 25 for a festival. We arrived to pick up the campervan and were able to leave our car at their premises whilst we had the camper. We had a detailed walk through and were shown how to use everything. We had a great few days with 0 issues. Upon returning the van, we again had a quick walk through so they could inspect the van. Everything was in the same condition as we picked it up and our security deposit was returned, in full. Would not hesitate to use again.

The cleanliness of the campervan was an absolute disaster. The vehicle’s maintenance was equally poor, with several issues that should have been fixed long before renting it out. On top of that, the customer service was truly dreadful—unhelpful, unresponsive, and far from professional. I cannot recommend this company
