I used this company to service and send my van for a DOE test over the last two years. It has always been in perfect condition after they check it. I don't have one bad thing to say about them.

I called them to enquire about a service check on a second-hand vehicle in longford, but the person on the phone sounded very irittated to talk. He asked where I am from, I said I am calling from Dublin but the car is in Longford but he asked me to talk to someone in Dublin and asked me 'Why are you calling this number' not letting me finish the sentence. The number was mentioned in their website! Can't believe businesses behave like this to customers/potential customers.

When particular coilovers weren't in stock, they rang around researching different manufacturers to find the best option for me, rang me so we could discuss it, ordered it from another supplier and shipped it straight to me at a discounted price as I had to wait a bit longer on the order.

Ordered skirts, got the wrong ones, 1 fella was quite rude and no help whatsoever, told me he didn't have what I ordered and the boss would ring me, didn't pass on any info then after. Rang back the following day and got to deal with Mark (I think is his name) and he saved the day, sorted out the right stock, communicated well throughout the day and got what I needed the next day. Only lose a star for the other guy, it would be a 5 🌟 review if I was dealing with Mark straight away.

Walked into the shop, was having a look around as the man working was chatting to another customer. While waiting in the queue, heard the other customer asking about wind deflectors. He was told ‘I might have a set in the boxes upstairs.’ But the man working made no attempt to get them. He then served me and we asked about wind deflectors and a radio  and we were told he had the wind deflectors we needed for our vehicle then two seconds later we were told he’d have them tomorrow and we said no we won’t be back and he said ‘I’ll post them out’. Came across like your man wasn’t bothered enough to walk upstairs and actually get them for either of us. Bad service won’t be back waste of a journey. Travelled 40 mins out of our way, comes across as a fella who doesn’t want the business.

Ordered front splitter for my car sent pictures told him it was the wrong size.asked him to swap out for correct size or refund and no response went to maxton they sent me correct one.

I bought a VW Crafter. From the moment I arrived I felt no pressure. I enquired about the van and was given the key to take it for a drive. I had loads of time to give it a good look over. I asked for some extra’s to be added. When I came back to pick it up all was done. They had gone above and beyond what was expected. In other words I can’t rate Darren and Ronan high enough. No bull and easy to deal with.

Very nice person to meet at first straight forward. Unfortunately within a couple of weeks problems start to arise and it's been a year since I purchased a van and all I can say is that It's cost me a couple of thousand to put right but still not 100%.
I won't be going back there again a lot of there stuff is bought from northern Ireland.

Great experience. Trevor came out to where we had broken down and fixed the problem there and then. He went out of his way and couldn't have been more helpful. And a great rugby man to boot.

Very poor service. Woeful customer relations. Went to look at a 4x4 they had for sale. Ended up wandering around the building calling out until I found someone. No receptionist. Explained what I was there for to a parts guy. He phoned "up" to the person I needed. I left eventually without anyone appearing. Went and bought elsewhere. Laughable!

Avoid this lad at all costs. Comes across as sound but is so disingenuous.  Bought a van that was supposed to be serviced and had belt and water pump done. I'm now thousands into repairs and now belt and pump has gone 6 moths after being bought, they were never done in the first place. A pure con man

Bought a oil pump last Tuesday of these guys. Let me tell if will never buy anything of them again, they told me the oil pump was in good working which I took his for. But Saturday when my mechanic was about to install the oil pump I got of these a little pice of metal fell out of it so the mechanic took it apart he found shards of metal in it and a turn of screw head that some how found its way through the oil pump,  if that bit of metal hadn't of fallen out and he continued to put the oil pump in it would of damaged my car to unrepairable. So be careful when buying of these guys and if you are inspect the part or have someone with you that knows about cars. Never ever again will I buy anything of these cowboys again
