Bought a bumper for my Kia Sportage on 14.12.25 . Was predicting delivery on 29.12.25 to Derbyshire . Emailed the company and explained I needed the part more urgently . It arrived 19.12.25 . These guys wasted an entire day of my time. I went to view a recovery truck they had advertised on Donedeal, that I have proof of having its odometer rolled back by a massive amount (clocked). Despite this they had advertised it as "history checked" which is what falsely led me to trust them in the first place.

In September 2025, I rang them and asked a few questions about its condition and told them I was going to drive nearly 3 hours to see it. They said no problem come on by. It was a 6 hour round trip that cost me a whole day and wasted my money on fuel.

When I got there the first thing that I noticed was that there was not a single document or service record of any kind in the glovebox, the odometer was 1,500 miles higher than advertised, and the engine looked very dirty. I had a bad feeling so I did a history check myself and discovered it was a UK import where it was recorded in the official UK MOT as having over 200k miles, TWELVE years ago in 2013... not once, but twice, which could not have been a typo.

If they had really done a basic history check they would have seen this. When I asked them about it, they said something like "we don't know if cars are clocked before we buy them"... that's nonsense. As a trader you are obligated to check and declare this. You are false advertising and misleading consumers, not to mind thinking of the unfortunate person who ends up paying way too much for this truck thats worth about half what they were asking, if not less, not to mind its mechanical condition or roadworthiness as I am estimating it really has over 350k miles.

Edit: the seller claims they did a history check but failed to notice the huge mileage discrepancy? Any decent history check company would easily find this as it's recorded and fully accessible on the official gov.UK website.

Bought a oil pump last Tuesday of these guys. Let me tell if will never buy anything of them again, they told me the oil pump was in good working which I took his for. But Saturday when my mechanic was about to install the oil pump I got of these a little pice of metal fell out of it so the mechanic took it apart he found shards of metal in it and a turn of screw head that some how found its way through the oil pump,  if that bit of metal hadn't of fallen out and he continued to put the oil pump in it would of damaged my car to unrepairable. So be careful when buying of these guys and if you are inspect the part or have someone with you that knows about cars. Never ever again will I buy anything of these cowboys again
