Fantastic service that matches the quality of the bikes they sell. Had an issue with my recently purchased r1250gsa. I dropped in without a booking to get it looked at. Lukas in the service department couldn’t have been more helpful. They took the bike in straight away, had a loan bike to get to work and the bike back fixed in the afternoon. Clear explanation of the issue when I picked the bike up. A very nice touch was getting the bike back cleaned. Thanks a million Lukas 👍 I bought the bike from Patrick in Joe Duffy, an absolute gentleman who gave great advice and made the trade in process simple and stress free. Staff were very helpful, what a range of bikes, absolutely beautiful machines ! Used and brand new bikes inside, also a small range of riding or race gear would have been cool to see more of this but obviously this is not their main trade! Some helemts , racing leathers , tops and trousers .Prices are reasonable for a dealership but BMW is an expensive brand for a reason, as is with motorbikes. Will definitely be back in the future hopefully for a purchase.
